Certification without Panic: Roadmap to Success
Certification motivates teachers to develop and improve the quality of education. Experienced certification experts discussed this topic during the all-Ukrainian webinars “Certification without Panic: Roadmap to Success” organized by the Department of the State Education Quality Service in Volyn Oblast together with the NGO “YOUR STEPS” (Lutsk). The webinars, which took place from February to March 2025, helped teachers prepare for the upcoming certification procedure.
Participants received detailed information about the stages, requirements, and evaluation criteria, practical advice from experienced experts, valuable materials and resources for effective certification preparation, and motivational stories from certified teachers. The event has become a helpful communication, support, and professional development platform.
